My Dad finally got to retire the end of May, so on fathers day mom had a party at their house to celebrate. It was only a small gathering of around 150 people! There were people there from all parts and stages of his life, including some all the way from Washington and Wyoming, and I'm not even talking about us! He has obviously made an impression on many people. It was a great time chatting with old friends and family and even meeting knew people. Congradulations dad, just think if he wouldn't have had so many kids he probably could have done this years ago!
